Stroudsmoor Event Manager

Ryan has worked at the Inn since 2007 when we opened Stroudsmoor Inn Towne Bakery.

Ryan’s career at the Inn has taken on many faces through his years of service from cashier, to server, to event supervisor and now to his new position of Event Execution Manager.  In his charge he now has six event venues, a staff of event specialist and the equipment required to execute over 700 events each year. Ryan’s dependability and dedication to his team and Stroudsmoor are evident through the outstanding accolades he receives from event hosts and their guests.  One of the most recent sent from an event coordinator at Sanofi pharmaceutical.  We thank Denise for her stellar review of Ryan’s service to the success of the Sanofi event.

“Thank you so much for everything!  The lunch and meeting went really well.  The Terraview room is beautiful, and the view is amazing.  Of course the food was delicious like always.

Your staff was great, especially Ryan.  He was awesome!!  He took such good care of me the whole day.   As soon as I got there he helped me set up for the meeting.  My boss made last minute changes to our presentation and seating arrangements, so it got a little crazy for me, and I didn’t have a chance to eat lunch.  Ryan kept checking on me and asking if I needed anything.  He made me a plate and brought it over to me so I could eat, but unfortunately the meeting was starting, so I had to skip lunch.  Ryan made me another plate and wrapped it up for me to take home.

Yenny my colleague with the food allergy also commented to me on Ryan’s assistance.  She said that Ryan was great.  He spoke to Yenny before he served her lunch to confirm her order was correct, and checked on her several times to make sure everything was fine with her food.

Please let Ryan know how much we appreciated all his help on Monday.  All my colleagues really enjoyed the day!  Thanks again for everything.”
