HR Assistant / Payroll Administrator

Stroudsmoor Country Inn is looking for a full-time HR Assistant/Payroll Administrator.

Job Duties

Daily job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Answering employee questions
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Providing customer service to employees
  • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings
  • Maintaining calendars of HR management
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets

Payroll Administration:

  • Processing bi-weekly payroll
  • Answering payroll questions
  • Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors

Record Maintenance:

  • Performing payroll reconciliations
  • Performing payroll audits and recommending any correction action
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews

Minimum Qualifications

  • Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma required college degree preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, 1 year of experience supporting HR
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ADP
    • Bilingual a plus

      Job Type: Full-time

      Salary: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour
