The Stone Room is a private dining room in our Main Inn. Accommodating a maximum of 60 guests, offering a private garden for cocktails or intimate wedding ceremony.

Auradell offers the Hearthside Suite and Solarium for the cocktail hour and a sophisticated dining venue in the Gallery – featuring the works of regional and European artists. Intimate celebrations of 30 to 60 guests are graciously accommodated in this stately manor.

The Natatorium, our indoor pool facility, makes for a relaxing evening with friends. Swimming, lounging, and eating poolside offers a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of last minute wedding plans.

Stroudsmoor’s rolling hills and grand lawns create the perfect atmosphere for picnic dining. Seasonal lawn games and activities are available upon request.

Auradell at Stroudsmoor . . . $750.00 ceremony fee
The Auradell ceremony is celebrated in the Hearthside Suite using Auradell’s stone fireplace as the altar.
Intimate outdoor ceremony options are offered upon request. Auradell hosts wedding celebrations of 30 to 60 guests.

SCI Pavilion . . . $1200 ceremony fee
The SCI Pavilion is an open-air environment for hosting every element of the wedding celebration. Rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremony and reception, after-party and the post-reception breakfast can all be graciously accommodated under the 16’ cedar-lined ceiling. The SCI Pavilion is replete with two fireplaces, rolling lawns for playing wedding cornhole or groomsmen ladder golf, and an enchanting ceremony site in the near woods along the venue. A ceremony at the SCI Pavilion comfortably accommodates 50 to 100 guests.

Woodsgate at Stroudsmoor . . . $1200.00 ceremony fee
The most historic of Stroudsmoor’s 22 buildings, Woodsgate, features two enchanting ceremony sites. The first of Woodsgate’s ceremony sites is the Woodland Chapel. As its name suggest, it is located in the woods beyond the building. A canopy of thirty-foot oak and maple trees creates this outdoor chapel. Its cobblestone path winds past a charming waterfall, leading to bench seating for guests and a charming gazebo for the altar. An open-air pavilion adjacent to the building is the second option for the ceremony at Woodsgate – this space is perfect for “Plan A or B”. Both ceremony sites accommodate ceremonies for 75 to 150 guests.

Lawnhaven at Stroudsmoor . . . $1200.00 ceremony fee
Lawnhaven’s exquisitely appointed Garden provides the perfect altar site for your ceremony. Cocktails will be served on the Grand Lawn followed by the reception under its huge stone columns
supporting a 16' peaked roof, lined with cedar and pewter chandeliers. Lawnhaven creates an open-air venue without the worries of inclement weather. The Lawnhaven Garden accommodates ceremonies for 75 to 150 guests.

Ridgecrest at Stroudsmoor . . . $1900.00 ceremony fee
Crestview Chapel sits atop the ridge of our mountain overlooking the entire Cherry Valley. Here untouched mountains, clear blue skies and a magnificent wrought iron gazebo create the altar for your ceremony. A cedar pavilion with stone fireplace offers options for cocktailing outdoors or under-cover ceremony. Crestview Chapel graciously accommodates 175 to 250 guests.

Terraview at Stroudsmoor . . . $1900.00 ceremony fee
Chapel Terra hosts ceremonies at Terraview – wedding, commitment, vow renewal and all manners of ritual will be executed in auspicious elegance. The backdrop for the chapel altar is a towering stone wall flanked by water features. Formal gardens surround the falls and a grand lawn looks out over the mountains and Cherry Valley Wildlife Refuge. The Conservatory at Terraview provides the option of an indoor ceremony – for winter celebrations or inclement weather. Vows are exchanged in front of a 12’ stone hearth edged by windows looking out onto the forest and the mountaintops. Grand celebrations of 175 to 300 are performed at Chapel Terra.

Pre-Wedding Photography Package . . . $500.00 pre-photo fee
Plan to arrive to the ceremony site with your chosen photographer 60-minutes prior to the ceremony for pre-ceremony photography with the bridal party and immediate family. Access to the event facilty will be limited to the bridal lounge. Pre-wedding photography reservations must be made in advance.

Stroudsmoor Ceremony Site Fees include the assistance of an Event Planner to organize and orchestrate the ceremony, to arrange for all rental equipment, to oversee the rehearsal and assist during the ceremony. This fee also adds an additional hour to the length of your event. It includes the preparation of the site, an indoor alternative in case of inclement weather, the appropriate number of white ceremony chairs not to exceed the maximum number of guests established for the event facility, altar accouterments and the use of a bridal lounge for 30-minutes prior to the ceremony. Suggestions and arrangements can be made for tenting and other rental equipment, officiate and a variety of musicians. Rental equipment and professional services require additional fees based on equipment and services selected. Prices quoted do not include tax or gratuity.

Each of the Stroudsmoor facilities has their own ceremony site as listed above. In some instances, arrangements can be made to hold the ceremony in one facility while the reception is hosted in another. Substantial additional fees will apply to events requiring multiple facilities.

For almost three-decades, our primary business has been creating perfect wedding celebrations, dedicating 90% of our staff to the execution of wedding events.

Stroudsmoor features five dedicated private event facilities, each with its own execution staff including Maitre d’, wait staff, and Chef’s; a separate area for cocktails, dedicated parking area and unique ceremony site. We afford every wedding client unequalled privacy, as our event locations do not share lounge or dining space with the public areas of the inn. Wedding guests will not be commingled with other hotel or dining room guests during the wedding celebration.

The date and event location selected belongs solely to the wedding client for whom it is reserved We do not book “Back-to-Back” wedding events for the same location and date. No other couple will be allowed to use your chosen venue for their ceremony or photography on your wedding date.

Stroudsmoor offers “Freedom of Choice” featuring a variety of menu and beverage options to ensure a customized package to suit the individual tastes of our clients.

We offer all essential wedding services “Under one Roof” to maximize convenience, and minimize the demand on your time ensuring stress-free wedding planning. Stroudsmoor wedding packages include the services of a personal Event Planner, Lodging Reservationist, Bridal Spa and Studio Coordinator, Floral and Décor Designers, Photography Group, and Event Maitre d’.

We afford our couples the convenience of handpicked professionals, including photographers, entertainers for ceremony and reception, transportation options, ceremony officiates and more, to ensure quality and expertise in the services they provide. These professionals are recommendations, not requirements. Outside professionals are always welcome - a list of guidelines for outside vendors is available.

Stroudsmoor’s intrinsic characteristics of historic architecture, breathtaking views, classic cuisine, charming accommodations, and its traditions of customer satisfaction, old-world hospitality, quality, courteous and personal service, make the inn distinctly unique and like none other.

On-grounds services and professionals dedicated to enhancing your experience at the inn: The Stroudsmoor Spa and Bridal Studio, Photography Group, Wedding Boutique, Florist, skilled Chefs, courteous Front Desk Staff, committed Housekeeping Staff, Landscape Architect and Grounds Crew, Certified Event Personnel, and trained Execution/Wait Staff.

Stroudsmoor’s food packages are complete four and five-hour events including unlimited hors d'oeuvre service, dinner service, and wedding cake. A variety of beverage packages are available including continuous open bar. Our packages do not have hidden fees and include all elements and service essential to the skillful execution of the wedding event. There are no room fees, cake cutting fees, corkage fees, etc. Package enhancements such as Tapas Bar, Neptune Station, Viennese Table, Cookies & Milk, Cannoli Station, Wing Bar, Mac & Cheese Station and many other catering options are available for consideration at a slight additional charge. Theme enhancements including color themes, seasonal themes, wedding-trend themes like “Vintage Carnival” or “Winterella”, and custom themes are also available. These enhancements are not necessary additions to the package - they are merely options to personalize your celebration.

We will work within a budget to create an unforgettable wedding celebration to match your personality. Stroudsmoor offers value date discounts to work with almost any wedding budget. To reserve your wedding date, an initial deposit is required at the signing of your Reception Contract - this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable; however, it will be deducted for the final event invoice in its entirety. It is not a booking fee.

Finally, Stroudsmoor’s primary method of advertising is “Word of Mouth”. Our goal is the creation of unforgettable wedding celebrations, which will be talked about and remembered fondly by family and friends for years to come . . .
