The Chef de Cuisine’s primary responsibility is to lead and inspire our kitchen staff in the creation of culinary masterpieces. The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible to design the menu, hiring and training kitchen staff, collaborating with restaurant management, optimizing staff productivity, and producing consistently exceptional cuisine. The Chef de Cuisine will report to the General Manager. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Stroudsmoor Country Inn Employment Handbook.
