Pocono Restaurant Week Menu:

SCI Appetizer/Salad Course


White Bean & Green Soup
Northern beans with fresh kale and sweet Italian sausage, finished with a Parmigiano Reggiano Crisp
Pan-fried Potato Pancakes
Topped with asparagus and Hollandaise
Petite Romaine
Petite Romaine topped with apple-wood smoked bacon, grape tomatoes, finished with blue cheese vinaigrette and warm croutons
Arugula Toss
Fresh Arugula finished with slivers of fresh pear and red onion, tossed in white balsamic vinaigrette and topped with toasted almonds

Entrée Selections


Grilled Hanger Steak

Served over broccoli rabe with shaved sausage, topped with crispy potatoes and finished with black peppercorn demi-glace
Chicken Fontina
Breast of chicken filled with spinach, roasted peppers and Fontina Cheese, finished with sherry mushroom sauce and served over Capellini pasta.
Country Pork Ribs
Served with rosemary infused mashed potatoes, finished with a tangy twist on a classic country gravy
Roasted Pepper & Grain Pockets (vegetarian/vegan on request)
Freshly roasted peppers stuffed with Israeli Couscous, Quinoa, mushrooms and zucchini, topped with crisp ribbons of eggplant
Fresh Halibut
Seasoned with mustard oil and broiled – served over a bean puree and sautéed spinach

Dolce . . .


Pistachio Crème Brulee
Finished with seasonal fresh berries
Chocolate Chip Mint Cheesecake
Dessert is served with a choice of traditional coffee, decaffeinated coffee or seasonal teas

SCI – The Restaurant at Stroudsmoor Country Inn – supports our local farmers.  Produce used in our recipes comes from local growers on a seasonal basis.

The winning restaurant in each of the 16 categories will receive an award for their achievement and will be featured in an upcoming issue of Local Flair Magazine.
