A Stroudsmoor conference package includes both basic and sophisticated electronic and AV equipment including:

    * WIFI - available in conference facilities and guest suites
    * LCD and Overhead Projectors - screens in a variety of sizes
    * Business Center - desktop computer, copy/printer/fax, secretarial services
    * Laptops - equipped with Microsoft XP
    * Flip Charts - dry erase and paper
    * Multi-line and Conference Phones
    * Cell Phone Service - Verizon, Nextel and AT&T
    * Wireless PA Systems - in and outdoors

Arrangements can be made for other multi-media equipment by notifying STROUDSMOOR seven days prior to the event.  Rental Fees will be quoted at that time.  48-hour cancellation policy applies on all rented audiovisual equipment.
