New Healthy Menu at SCI

SCI is proud to partner with Pocono Medical Center in an effort to promote healthy eating without compromising the dining experience synonymous with the name Stroudsmoor.

SCI Chef “G”erard and PMC Manager of Medical Nutrition Therapy, Paula Schott, have developed the following menu options to help our guests stay within the guidelines of a healthy meal, while keeping with the Stroudsmoor traditions of superior quality, excellent service and a fine dining experience. It is our hope that other restaurants in our community will join us in promoting healthier menu options as a standard, and by doing so, become advocates of Good Health.
