STROUDSMOOR offers both Indoor and seasonal Outdoor Pools. The Natatorium, an indoor pool facility offers whirlpool spa, Stroudsmoor Spa and fitness center. The Indoor Pool and fitness center are open for your enjoyment 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM year-round. The Outdoor Pool is available Memorial through Labor Day Weekends from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. In case you forgot . . . towels for swimming can be picked-up at the Front Desk.

Located in the Natatorium, the Fitness Center features life-cycles, treadmills, stair-climber and universal gym. Aerobic instruction and personal trainer are available for private instruction with advance notice (request for instructor/trainer seven days prior to arrival - additional fees apply).
